These are common runs. The truck and crew go anywhere across the Mountain West and beyond — if your shoot lives somewhere not listed, ask.
Approximate drive times from the shop. Per-diem and travel days handled separately on the quote.
Beyond the six: Denver, Reno, Portland, Phoenix — we'll quote any of them. Anything outside Mountain West timezone, ask.
What's on the truck
A 1-ton or 3-ton package out of Salt Lake — same kit you'd get for an in-town shoot, just packed for the drive. Aputure-led lighting, full grip support, photo builds on request. What we don't own outright, we sub in.
Travel + lodging
You don’t have to source crew transport or block hotel rooms. We book travel for the gaffer, key grip, and anyone else on the truck. Per-diems are baked into the quote. Lodging gets booked near your call sheet location. And if you realize day-of that you need something we didn’t pack — a 12×12, an extra Storm, a different modifier — we’ll pull it from the Salt Lake shop and meet you on set. One quote covers it. No surprise line items, no extra phone calls.
